"The 31st annual Plainville Fire Company Hot Air Balloon Festival starts the evening of Friday, Aug. 28, continues all day Saturday, Aug. 29, and wraps up the the morning of Sunday, Aug. 30. But the highlight of the festival, the launch of about 25 hot-air balloons, happens at 6 a.m. on Saturday and on Sunday. And the balloons fly away quickly."
